I adore the vintage style and running Forget-me-not Vintage enables me collect and work with beautiful vintage pieces every day. When planning our own vintage-themed wedding in 2009 I was unable to find a local vintage china hire company to supply the pretty tableware I so longed for, so Forget-me-not

Vintage was born. I spent a year scouring charity shops, secondhand stores, antiques centres and auctions, collecting all the pieces needed for the perfect vintage wedding table and then tentatively launched this website in the hope that other lovers-of-vintage could benefit from my hard sourcing. It transpired I was not alone in my passion for vintage tableware and since its early days Forget-me-not Vintage has gone from strength to strength bringing vintage-inspired beauty to weddings and tea parties across the nation.

Originally based in London, Forget-me-not Vintage spread vintage prettiness across the capital, servicing weddings, parties and corporate functions for some of London’s biggest companies. The demand for vintage china hire grew and so did my collection, resulting in me leaving my career in publishing and relocating to a pretty Dorset village, allowing me the time and space to grow this special business further.

As one of the original vintage china hire companies, Forget-me-not Vintage now boasts an impressive collection of the very finest pieces of vintage china coupled with a wealth of vintage-styling experience. Having collected my pieces over a number of years, I can afford to be very selective over the items that make it into my collection. I have personally sourced and selected only the most authentic pieces to form the collection and I would be delighted to share my collection with you and help you to create your dream vintage occasion.

The collection is based in Dorset but we are always happy to travel further afield. As well as china, tableware and accessory hire Forget-me-not Vintage offers vintage-inspired wedding accessories, a styling service and beautiful, unique pieces for purchase from our shop. We can cater for any event from a romantic picnic for two, to an afternoon tea for two hundred guests.

In this age of austerity the vintage theme has proved a hugely popular and environmentally friendly recycling solution to dressing venues and tables, whatever the occasion. These stunning little pieces of English history, long tucked away in cupboards across the country have been reunited by

Forget-me-not Vintage, in a celebration of vintage chic.

I would be delighted to discuss the individual requirements of your special event, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch regardless of the size or location of your event. You can also share in my vintage event expertise and pick up handy hints and tips on vintage styling by following our blog.
